The River Keeps the Light

As daylight slips quietly into evening, the River Barrow holds the last colours of the sky. The tower stands watch as it has for generations, while the water carries the fading light onward.

There is no urgency here. The day has done its work. What remains is stillness, gratitude, and the gentle reminder that not every prayer needs words.

Sometimes the holiest thing we can do is simply notice the light before it disappears.
