The Colour That Waited

The grasses rise higher than the flowers, and the stems lean whichever way the wind asks them to. Yet the campion opens anyway, offering its quiet colour without asking to become the centre of the landscape.

Not every gift needs a carefully prepared place. Sometimes beauty simply grows where there is enough light, enough rain, and enough patience to keep living.

Perhaps grace is like that. It does not always announce itself with grandeur. Often it blooms quietly among the long grasses, waiting for someone willing to stop and notice.
